This site is very surfer friendly. You can do a geographical search, see the results, and look at the full profiles of the ones that you are interested in - all without being freed to first register. So, that's good. You might also make the argument that the profiles are above average in terms of sincerity etc.

However, I can't recommend this site because their database of people is just too small.

However, having said that, you could easily search for free and decide to join if, only if, you like the results. Just be aware that profiles can be returned from a search that have not been active for a long time.
