The Best Dating Movies?
I recently read an article that described the top 10 dating movies. It's important to note that these films were suggested by men. They're a list of films that GUYS thought WOMEN would enjoy.
Now I'd like to give my own commentary and critic the 'best dating movies.'
Number 10 - Ghost
Every woman gets creeped out when they watch the scene with Demi Moore and Whoopi Goldberg. It's not romantic. It's freakishly awkward
Number 9 - Sleepless in Seatle
Allowing your child to pick your partner? You're kidding right?
Number 8 - Reality Bites
Who suggested this as the perfect movie for a date? Not a good choice.
Number 7 - Cocktail
It's obvious that this was chosen because of the sexy female lead, which makes this film bearable for a man to watch.
Number 6 - Titanic
They meet, they have sex, they fall in love, he dies. The end. This movie was about 2 hours and 45 minutes too long.
Number 5 - Swingers
How did this make it into the top 5? It's a funny movie, but I'm not sure I'd classify it as a date movie.
Number 4 - Say Anything
If both people like 80's movies than this is a decent choice. Make it a Blockbuster night.
Number 3 - Pretty Woman
Falling in love with a prostitute is always so romantic (deep sarcasm).
Number 2 - Four Weddings and a Funeral
Am I the only person who hasn't seen this movie? I heard it was a decent film to watch on a date.
Number 1 - Something About Mary
Hilarious! This is the best way to find out if your date has a sense of humor or is easily offended.
